At myhomebreeze, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and all tags attached

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Clearance items and personalized/custom products are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Start a Return

  2. Request a Return Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Carefully pack the item(s) and include your RMA number inside the package

  4. Ship your return to the address provided by our team
    (We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or our error

Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred item. This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.
