Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Must include original packaging and all tags attached

Clearance items and personalized/custom products are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Start a Return

Request a Return Authorization (RMA) number

Carefully pack the item(s) and include your RMA number inside the package

Ship your return to the address provided by our team
(We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or our error
